Overview
A DP4000 series laser profiler — the top class: 4080 points per profile and up to 49 kHz, for large parts and wide belts.
Working distance 175 mm, measurement range 100 mm.
Used where a profile is needed rather than a picture: weld bead control, adhesive bead height, gap and flush, warpage, parcel volume. Data goes to VM3D or 3DMVS, and to third-party software over a standard protocol.
